Role Description
The Motor Claim Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves handling motor insurance claims for commercial vehicles, coordinating with workshops, crane/hydra providers, advocates, and mechanics to ensure timely repair and claim settlement. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and verifying claim-related documents, liaising with insurers, surveyors, and customers, tracking claim status, and updating internal systems.



The Motor Claim Executive will communicate with drivers and fleet owners, provide guidance on claim processes, and help resolve operational issues at accident sites. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, following company protocols, and collaborating with internal teams to improve claim turnaround and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Claim processing and documentation skills, including experience in motor insurance claims and familiarity with surveyor reports and policy terms.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, fleet owners, workshops, and insurance representatives.
- Coordination and operational skills to manage multiple stakeholders such as garages, crane/hydra services, and on-site repair teams.
- Basic technology skills, including the ability to work with claim management systems, spreadsheets, and mobile apps.
