Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and analytics. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage,



and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Oversee social media strategy and content planning across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the content, design, development, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Manage the company's website and landing pages to maximize conversions.
