Role Description :
This is a remote contract role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document detailed business requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for technical and operational teams. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies,



and recommending data-driven improvements aligned with verification and compliance workflows. The role involves preparing functional documentation, creating process maps, and supporting testing and validation of new features or process changes. The Business Analyst will also communicate findings and updates through reports and presentations, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and use-case definition.
- Solid understanding of business processes, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to define, document, and manage business requirements in a structured and traceable manner.
