Overview

Crystal Life is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, optimize and scale paid media across
Meta, Google, Amazon Ads and quick commerce
advertising platforms. The role will focus on driving revenue, improving ROAS, increasing product discoverability, reducing CAC, scaling high-performing campaigns and improving conversion across digital and marketplace channels. This is an execution-heavy role with robust strategic involvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and quick commerce channels is required
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards covering spends, revenue, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase and SKU-level performance.
- Manage advertising and visibility campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other relevant grocery-led platforms.
- Coordinate with platform/category managers to ensure product visibility, correct listings, and optimal stock availability.
- Support D2C growth through paid traffic,



landing page optimization, conversion improvement and retargeting.
- Share insights with the brand team to improve packaging, product messaging, landing pages and marketplace content.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Experience

• Mandatory: 4–10 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on all platforms Meta, Google, Amazon Ads and quick commerce.

• Exposure to quick commerce advertising such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamartor similar platforms is required

• Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer goods, kitchen, hygiene or household essentials preferred.

• Good understanding of product listings, digital shelf, reviews, ratings, pricing and conversion.

• Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, platform dashboards and Excel / Google Sheets.
