Edubex, located at Trivandrum Technopark, is looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide and support students in selecting suitable courses and assist them throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students about available courses and programs
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and support the enrollment process
- Provide clear information about course details and benefits
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in counseling, sales, or customer support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups with students.
