The Senior Reservation and Ticketing Executive will oversee and manage the booking and ticketing operations for air, rail, and other travel services. This role requires expertise in reservation systems, excellent customer service skills,
and the ability to handle complex itineraries efficiently. The executive will also mentor junior staff and ensure smooth operations in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Reservations & Ticketing team on a daily basis.
- Allocate workloads and ensure timely completion of all ticketing requests.
- Monitor GDS queues throughout the day and ensure all schedule changes, cancellations, remarks, and airline messages are actioned promptly.
- Assist staff with complex flight bookings, reissues, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and fare calculations.
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies and company SOPs.
- Monitor ticketing deadlines, fare expiries, queues, time limits, and ADM prevention.
- Provide support for domestic and international flight reservations.
