Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Growth & Retention Executive to drive customer acquisition, increase user engagement, and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Increase customer engagement and improve retention through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship management abilities.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Tele Sales, or Retention.
- Experience in FinTech, Crypto, BFSI, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
