TribeCrafter
is a community platform created by
Quvor
for creators and coaches, and we're getting ready to launch. We're looking for a motion designer to make the content around

that launch: reels, promos, product teasers, and animated posts. You'll also design the static graphics that go with them. Posts, carousels, and social

creative. You'd work closely with our senior designer and content team.

What you'll do
- Animate reels, promos, product teasers, and motion posts for social
- Design static social graphics: posts, carousels, and launch creative
- Take ideas from the team and turn them into finished, on-brand pieces
- Take feedback and turn edits around quickly

What we're looking for
- 0–2 years in motion/graphic design (a solid portfolio matters more than years)




- Comfortable in After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus Figma (Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva a plus)
- A good eye for pacing, layout, and what makes someone stop scrolling
- Happy working remotely and communicating clearly with a small team
- Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection

The basics
- Fully remote, full-time, entry level
- A portfolio or showreel is required — it's the part we actually spend time on
