Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and be willing to travel for field marketing activities. The role involves generating student leads through direct outreach, counselling prospective students and parents, and building robust relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching/tuition centres, and other educational institutions to generate student leads.
- Meet Principals, Coordinators, and Management representatives to build professional relationships.
- Conduct field marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness about the organization's academic programs.




- Counsel prospective students and parents by explaining the courses, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Make cold calls to prospective students, parents, and other potential leads, counsel them regarding the available programs, and encourage them to visit the campus or proceed with the admission process.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into admissions while achieving assigned targets.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, lead generation activities, follow-ups, and admissions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Basic financial and numerical knowledge.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL).
