Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Hyderabad. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), support tendering and bidding processes,



and assist in preparing cost estimates for civil, MEP, and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project costs, tracking variations, preparing interim valuations, and supporting contract administration and commercial documentation. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate measurement of work, timely cost reporting, and adherence to budgets and contractual terms. The Quantity Surveyor will also help identify cost risks and opportunities, support value engineering, and contribute to improving overall project profitability.

Qualifications

Experience : 1 to 3 years
