Role Description
The Human Resources Executive position at NoBrokerHood is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.



The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction activities. The HR Executive will handle employee relations, address queries, support performance management processes, and help implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational standards. Responsibilities also include assisting with payroll inputs, leave and attendance management, compliance documentation, and HR reporting. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performing work environment and support continuous HR process improvement.
