Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Identify business improvements and implement best practices
- Support hiring and training of new team members

- Experience working in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in coaching and developing teams
