Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida responsible for driving revenue growth through selling travel packages and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and calls, presenting tailored travel solutions, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and individual travelers, as well as responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms. The Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth trip execution and high levels of client satisfaction.



The position also includes tracking sales performance, updating CRM or sales reports, and providing market feedback to help refine products and offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Customer relationship management skills, including maintaining long-term client partnerships and providing responsive, service-oriented support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to present confidently to diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism products, especially related to South East Asia and India, and willingness to stay updated on destinations and trends.
- Proficiency with standard office and sales tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
