Role Description
The Event Intern role is an internship position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site event activities with some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Startup Story® events, including founder talks, panel discussions, and community meetups.



Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with event logistics, managing guest lists and registrations, coordinating with speakers and partners, and supporting on-site setup and attendee experience. The role also involves contributing to event marketing activities such as promoting events on social media, drafting basic event communication, and gathering feedback from participants. The intern will collaborate closely with the core team, gain exposure to the startup ecosystem, and help ensure each event runs smoothly and reflects the mission of Startup Story®.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with attendees, speakers, and partners.
- Event Planning and Event Marketing abilities to support logistics, promotion, and smooth execution of events.
- Basic Sales or outreach skills to assist in partner coordination, sponsorship
