We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and develop strong market relationships. Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Business Development
- Develop and implement monthly sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales phasing and ensure timely achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Drive volume growth and maximize sales performance across assigned territories.

Brand Development & Market Execution
- Plan and execute new product launches successfully.




- Strengthen existing brands through effective sales and promotional activities.
- Supervise trade schemes, consumer promotions, visibility campaigns, and market activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Market Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor business performance, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Resolve market issues effectively through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
