Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D;).
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Chemistry.
- Strong background in the Polymer, Plastics, Masterbatch, or Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as FTIR, TGA, DSC, and UV-Visible Spectroscopy.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative analysis, material characterization, testing, and method development.
- Good understanding of polymers, additives, fillers, pigments, stabilizers, and polymer processing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret laboratory test results to support product development and production decisions.
- Experience in developing recent formulations, troubleshooting quality issues, and improving existing products.




- Proficient in preparing and maintaining COA (Certificate of Analysis), laboratory records, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, laboratory best practices, and testing standards.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team coordination abilities.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Waghodia Road, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
