Role Description
The Human Resources Intern role at Labsity™ is a remote internship position supporting core HR activities and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment coordination, reviewing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate HR records.



The intern will help support employee onboarding, update HR documentation and policies, and assist with basic personnel and benefits inquiries under supervision. Additional tasks may include contributing to HR projects, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to improve HR workflows and employee experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and maintaining HR documentation.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
