Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end Primary Research projects, including questionnaire design, survey execution, data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
2. Drive Market Sizing, Benchmarking, and Field Survey Projects to deliver actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
3. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective research methodologies.
4.



Analyze primary and secondary research data to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
5. Lead and mentor a team of researchers, ensuring timely project delivery, high-quality outputs, and adherence to research best practices.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of end-to-end Market Research experience, with strong expertise in Primary Research and exposure to Secondary Research.
2. Hands-on experience in Market Sizing, Benchmarking, and Field Survey Projects.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience managing end-to-end research projects and delivering actionable insights.
5. Bachelor's degree (full-time) in any discipline.
