CNC Engineer Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (Milling, Turning, VMC, or CNC Lathe).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machine parameters.
- Optimize machining processes to improve quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records and machine documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code).
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
- Experience in CNC machining is preferred.
Skills
- CNC programming and machine setup.

- Knowledge of GD&T; and precision measurement.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
