About the Role

We are hiring
Solar Sales Specialists
for a fast-growing clean energy startup. This is a
field sales role
where candidates will interact directly with homeowners, educate them about rooftop solar solutions, conduct site visits, and close sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong
B2C field sales experience
, excellent customer handling skills, and be comfortable with extensive travel and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer homes and conduct in-person consultations on company-generated leads.
- Educate customers about solar solutions, benefits, savings, and ROI in a simple manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rooftop solar solutions.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate roof conditions and installation feasibility.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure conversion and target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless post-sales execution.




- Update CRM systems with lead status and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus.

Experience:
- 1–5 years of
B2C field sales experience
.
- Experience in
solar, consumer durables, electrical products, home improvement, real estate, or residential sales
preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in easy terms.
- Experience in customer-facing sales and field visits.
- Basic CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel knowledge.

Mandatory Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer home visits.
- Open to working on weekends (weekday off).
- For Hyderabad:
Telugu language proficiency required.
- For Bengaluru:
Kannada language proficien
