Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – After Sales to manage and coordinate post-installation projects, ensuring timely execution of service activities and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the BESS, Lithium-ion Battery, EV, Renewable Energy, Solar, or similar industries with a thorough understanding of the complete after-sales lifecycle, from project handover to warranty support, service coordination, issue resolution, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate all after-sales activities from project handover to final closure.
· Act as the primary point of contact between customers, service engineers, operations, and internal stakeholders.
· Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown services, warranty claims, and AMC activities.
· Track project milestones, service requests, and ensure timely resolution as per committed timelines.
· Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics for service requirements.
· Prepare and maintain service reports, project status updates, and customer documentation.
· Monitor project progress and escalate critical issues to the management team.
· Ensure compliance with service standards, quality processes, and safety guidelines.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
