Role Description
The Tendering Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Tendering Manager will oversee the complete tender management cycle, including identifying relevant opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating the preparation and submission of proposals. This role will involve close collaboration with project, procurement, sales, and finance teams to gather inputs, cost estimates, and technical data required for competitive bids.



Daily responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, ensuring compliance with specifications, managing timelines, maintaining tender records, and updating stakeholders on bid status. The Tendering Manager will also support negotiation processes, contribute to bid strategy, and continuously refine tendering processes to improve win rates and profitability.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including experience in reviewing tender documents, drafting proposals, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and Project Management to coordinate cost estimates, resource planning, vendor inputs, and project timelines for tender submissions.
