Role Description
The International Specialist (Inside Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from international clients, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into sales using phone, email, and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include preparing commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.



The role involves building solid customer relationships, handling post-sales queries, and ensuring timely follow-up to meet revenue targets. The specialist will also support market research, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on pipeline status and customer feedback.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills, including lead qualification, relationship building, and handling client inquiries effectively.
