Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, supporting a skilled and compliant work environment aligned with the academy’s values. This full-time,



on-site role based in Bhopal involves administering HR processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures. The role includes handling employee queries, supporting performance management, and assisting in training and development initiatives for staff and faculty. The Human Resources Executive will contribute to HR policy implementation, ensure adherence to labor regulations, and support employee engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive culture.
