Role Description
The Sales Head – Drones is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Gurugram,



responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for Etherealflights’ drone products and services. This role includes building and leading a high-performing sales team, defining and executing sales strategies, and establishing strong relationships with clients across agriculture, industrial, defense, and surveillance segments. The Sales Head will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure, while collaborating with product, operations, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs. Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, guiding key account management, representing the company at industry events, and providing market feedback to inform product development and pricing.
