About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital marketing department. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing marketing strategies, leading teams, managing client accounts, planning campaigns, and delivering measurable business results.

This is a leadership role in which you will be responsible for building a high-performing digital marketing team, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Develop digital marketing strategies for clients across different industries.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
- Plan brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Digital Marketing Executives, SEO Executives, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.




- Allocate work and monitor daily performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
- Recruit, onboard, and train recent marketing team members.
- Build and implement SOPs and workflows for campaign execution.

Campaign Management
- Oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Review campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Ensure proper conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Improve campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.

Client Management
- Attend client meetings and understand business objectives.
- Present marketing strategies and performance reports.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions.

Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs including Leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
