About the Role:

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Manager Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to establish and expand our Energy Storage business across Maharashtra and Western India.

This is a high-impact business development role focused on driving growth in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), Utility, Renewable Developers, EPC Contractors, and Government sectors. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build a recent business vertical, develop strategic customer relationships, and contribute to India's energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), Utility, Renewable Energy, EPC, and Government sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving order booking and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, renewable developers, consultants, DISCOMs,



and government agencies.
- Monitor state and central government policies related to renewable energy and energy storage.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and application teams.
- Participate in tenders, bid management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Deliver technical presentations and conduct customer meetings to influence project specifications.
- Identify and develop channel partners and strategic alliances.
- Manage CRM activities, sales forecasting, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, finance, and project execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10 to 20+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
