Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
- Research market trends,
competitors, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or software sales is an added advantage.
