Job Responsibilities: Make outbound and inbound tele calling to students and parents

Provide academic counselling and course-related guidance

Follow up with leads and maintain call records

Handle basic administrative work and data management

Coordinate with internal teams as required

Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken) Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle students professionally and confidently

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
