Role Description
The Doctors Referral Marketing role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and clinics to increase patient referrals to client organizations. Daily activities include visiting medical practices, presenting services,



sharing marketing materials, and tracking referral performance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients, documenting field interactions, and preparing periodic reports and insights on referral trends. The person will work to identify new referral opportunities, support promotional campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals, and uphold ethical, compliant communication in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage with doctors, clinic staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, medical liaison, or field sales, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic services environment.
- Ability to plan and execute regular field visits, manage schedules efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation of referral activities.
