Role Overview

Looking for a Marketing & Branding Head who can take ownership of brand identity, content strategy and marketing execution during a critical pre-launch and launch phase and also translate brand strategy into sharp, consistent, everyday execution across content calendars, influencer partnerships, campaigns, and team coordination while working closely with the Creative Director on the bigger picture.

Role & responsibilities
- Own and protect N2X's brand identity across every touchpoint visual language (electric blue, lime green, hot coral, neon yellow), tone of voice, and messaging.
- Drive execution of the pre-launch roadmap, including the 10-week Stories plan and the 16-week phased content calendar (Mystery Build Heat Launch).
- Plan and manage always-on content calendars across Instagram and other social platforms, coordinating with designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with micro/nano influencers and regional-language creators, particularly for Tier 2/3 city reach.




- Lead the Movement Circle loyalty programme from concept refinement through to rollout and member communication.
- Coordinate production shoots and campaign briefs (brand films, lifestyle and e-commerce photography, BTS content) in line with brand guidelines.
- Track brand and campaign performance (engagement, reach, sentiment) and course-correct content strategy accordingly.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing/content team members, and coordinate with the performance marketing function to align brand and paid efforts.
- Partner with the Creative Director on brand extensions packaging, retail collateral, marketplace storefront design — ensuring consistency at every stage.
- Keep a close eye on competitor activity in the Indian and global activewear space to keep N2X's positioning sharp and differentiated.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any Discipline having 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy,
