Role Description
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth with corporate and institutional clients, from lead generation through closing and account management. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, pitching TFL’s furnishing solutions, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.



The role involves close coordination with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high service quality for each project. The B2B Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reporting on pipeline, revenue, and market insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring frequent client interactions and occasional travel within the region.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in furniture, interiors, real estate, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
