Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll

Location: Tonk Road, Jaipur

Experience: 3–5+ Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

GCB Automobile is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Payroll to manage payroll operations, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and core HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably within the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.

* Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.

* Maintain employee master data and HR documentation.

* Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable regulations.

* Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary reconciliation statements.

* Coordinate with the Finance department for payroll processing and salary transfers.

* Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.





* Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and perks.

* Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and confidential documents.

* Support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.

* 3–5+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.

* Prior experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labor Law Compliance.

* Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll Software and MS Excel.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience handling payroll for a large workforce.

* Strong understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
