Role Description
The Associate – Litigation and Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The associate will handle litigation matters related to real estate and other civil disputes, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal notices,



and appearing before various courts and tribunals under supervision. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, reviewing and interpreting statutes, regulations, and case law, and preparing case summaries and reports for senior lawyers and clients. The role involves coordinating and assisting with depositions, client meetings, and case strategy discussions, as well as supporting due diligence and documentation for real estate transactions. The associate will collaborate closely with team members, maintain case files and timelines, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of legal work.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Law, particularly in civil, commercial, and real estate matters.
- Experience drafting and reviewing Motions and other pleadings for litigation proceedings.
- Proficiency in legal Research, including use of online legal databases and case law analysis.
