Role & responsibilities
- Operate production machines safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform machine setup and changeovers under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Check product quality at regular intervals and report any defects or abnormalities.
- Record production data, downtime, and machine-related observations accurately.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements immediately.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Preferred candidate profile




- ITI certificate in Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Plastic Processing Operator, or a related trade.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and quality inspection.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Physically fit and capable of working in rotational shifts.
- Valuable learning attitude with the ability to adapt to new machines and technologies.
