Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, manage tax compliances (GST & TDS), and independently oversee the preparation and finalization of the Balance Sheet. If you have robust expertise in Tally and a solid understanding of statutory compliances, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting operations, bookkeeping, and day-to-day financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
- Tax Compliances (GST & TDS):
- Accurately calculate, record, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform regular GSTR-2B reconciliations.
- Oversee TDS deductions, quarterly returns filing, and issuance of Form 16A.
- Financial Reporting & Finalization: Prepare, maintain, and finalize the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.
- Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations,



and customer account reviews.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and schedules during year-end closings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of proven experience working as an Accountant (handling core accounting and tax filings).
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or TallyPrime) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or an equivalent accounting certification.
- Key Skills:
- Deep, practical knowledge of GST laws, TDS rates, and statutory filing procedures.
- Proven ability to prepare and close a Balance Sheet independently.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to numbers and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
