Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding and orientation, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include helping with employee engagement initiatives,



gathering feedback, and supporting basic HR reporting and documentation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular collaboration with team members across departments.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in their communication and implementation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
