Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Bikaner. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate team assignments, and ensure that work processes meet company standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining safety and compliance, and reporting on progress and productivity. The role involves close collaboration with management and field teams to optimize workflows, support continuous improvement,



and uphold quality and service levels.

Qualifications
- Robust leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop staff.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of operations in facility management, staffing, logistics, or related service environments.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address day-to-day operational challenges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Comfort with using standard office software and reporting tools to track performance and document activities.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred; experience in Bikaner or similar locations is an advantage.
