About Us:

Kyro Asset Management Private Limited is the Investment Manager for Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I, a SEBI-registered Category II AIF. As part of the broader Kyro group, we work alongside our investment banking and transaction advisory arm, which focuses on IPO, pre-IPO, and PIPE mandates. We invest directly into high-conviction opportunities across pre-IPO, growth-stage, and late-stage private markets.

Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Role:
Investor Relations Associate – AIF

Reporting to:
Investor Relations Lead – AIF

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate current leads and build lasting relationships with family offices, corporate offices, HNIs, UHNIs, institutions, and distribution partners
2. Present fund reports and preliminary details to investors, prospects, and intermediaries
3. Drive fund closures in line with defined timelines
4.



Coordinate investor onboarding and engage stakeholders for timely follow-ups
5. Liaise with investors on subscriptions and redemptions, working closely with the fund analyst
6. Support other related procedural and ancillary tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1. Post-graduate degree required (MBA from a reputed business school preferred)
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience
3. Strong network across family offices, UHNI/HNI segments, and wealth advisors is a plus
4. Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and follow-up skills; proficiency in MS Office
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
