Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Support Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation modules
- Manage business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions
- Support SuccessFactors integrations with SAP and third-party systems
- Assist with testing, releases, and production support
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with MDF objects, business rules, and workflows
- Knowledge of role-based permissions and data models
- Familiarity with CPI, OData, SFAPI, or SuccessFactors integrations
- Robust troubleshooting and support skills
