Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager with 3 or more years of experience to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, coordinate with international teams, and drive operational efficiency while delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations for a global business.
- Coordinate seamlessly with international teams and clients.
- Oversee travel and visa service coordination.
- Develop and optimize SOPs and operational workflows.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable business insights.
- Drive operational efficiency and enhance service quality.
