We’re hiring: Lead Intake Manager (Inbound Calls – US/CANADA Real Estate)

This is NOT a typical "call center" role.

We are looking for a sharp, high-agency gatekeeper for our deal flow. You will be the very first point of contact for homeowners in the US and Canada who are considering selling their properties. Your job isn’t just to read a script or log a call—it is to build instant rapport, dig deep into their situation, and qualify the lead with precision.

You aren't just an assistant; you are the gatekeeper of our deal flow.

What You’ll Do
- Speed to Lead:
Respond to incoming Meta, SEO, and Google Business leads within
3 minutes or less
.
- The Discovery:
Conduct empathy-driven qualification calls to thoroughly evaluate a seller’s
Motivation, Timeline, Condition, and Price
(Our 4 Pillars).
- The Hand-off:
Seamlessly move high-intent leads into our CRM and schedule high-value appointments for our Sales team.
- Nurture:




Master the "long-game" by managing follow-up cadences via targeted SMS and email sequences.

You possess a high level of empathy and can build genuine trust with a distressed homeowner within the first 30 seconds of a call.

- Flawless Communicator:
You have exceptional verbal and written English skills with a explicit, neutral, or North American-friendly accent.
- Critical Thinker:
You think on your feet and control the direction of a live conversation naturally, rather than hiding behind a rigid script.
- Proven Background:
You have experience in international voice processes or real estate cold calling.
Prior sales experience and a background working with US, UK, or Canadian markets/clients is a massive asset.
