Role Description
The Junior Executive Human Resources (Recruiter) will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with selection and onboarding processes. The role will collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive experience for applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, communicating with candidates, updating HR records, and supporting HR operations such as documentation and compliance with HR policies. This is a remote contract role, requiring effective communication, time management, and the ability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support recruitment and basic HR functions.




- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to help maintain compliant and productive HR processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to foster professional communication and a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at different levels.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with proficiency in common HR and productivity tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, MS Office or similar).
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; internships or prior experience in recruitment or HR support are an advantage.
