About the role

As the Performance Manager – Global Finance Services you will be responsible for end-to-end performance, governance,



and value realization of Finance services delivered by Global Finance Services, including those delivered through Genpact, Haleon’s strategic outsourcing partner, as well as activities delivered through Haleon Captive teams in the areas of Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

You will serve as the central point of accountability for consolidating and translating performance across all Global Finance Services activities into clear insights, actions, and outcomes.

In addition, you will have accountability for ensuring that Genpact consistently delivers against contractual commitments while driving productivity, transformation, and business value outcomes. This role represents a step-up from service management into strategic vendor performance leadership.
