As a Sales Executive / Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in understanding customer requirements, managing qualified leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding clients through every stage of the property buying journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads generated through various marketing channels. No self-generated lead sourcing or cold calling is required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with assigned leads to maximize conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful deal closure.
- Negotiate effectively while delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
