About the Internship :
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Interns to join our growing team.
As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for contacting business leads provided by our team, introducing Mandowi Tech's website development services, understanding their initial interest, and accurately recording client responses. This role focuses on professional communication, lead interaction, and maintaining organized call records.
This internship is ideal for students who want to develop practical communication skills while gaining exposure to real startup operations.
Note:
High-performing interns may be considered for future internship extensions or full-time opportunities as Mandowi Tech expands.
Roles & Responsibilities :
→ Contact business leads through phone calls.
→ Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements.
→ Record the outcome of each call, including client responses and remarks.
→ Update and maintain accurate call records in Excel or Google Sheets.
→ Mark interested, not interested, follow-up, and unreachable leads appropriately.
→ Share updated lead status with the team on a regular basis.
→ Follow the assigned calling schedule and maintain professional communication throughout client interactions.
Skills Required :(Must Have)
→ Valuable verbal communication skills
→ Confidence in speaking over phone calls
→ Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
→ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
→ Good listening skills
→ Self-motivated and disciplined while working
