Purpose/Objective

The Marketing Manager – NRI Segment is responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and sales opportunities among Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers across global markets.
The role focuses on planning and executing targeted digital marketing initiatives, managing channel partner networks, organizing market activation events, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize customer engagement, lead conversion, and business growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting NRI customers across key international markets.
- Coordinate with media, creative, and digital agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation metrics, CPL (Cost per Lead), and ROI.
- Analyze marketing data and recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Channel Partner Management - Support the development and engagement of NRI-focused channel partner networks.




- Organize CP activation programs and engagement initiatives to drive sales opportunities.
- Build robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and marketing associates.
Events & Activation Management - Plan and execute project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and NRI customer events in domestic and international markets.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless event execution.
- Track event outcomes and business generation effectiveness.
Marketing Collaterals & Content Development - Create impactful sales presentations, marketing collaterals, brochures, and customer communication material.
- Ensure marketing content is aligned with brand guidelines and project positioning.
- Support sales teams with relevant marketing tools and presentations.
MIS, Analytics & Reporting - Prepare marketing MIS reports, dashboards, campaign trackers, and performance reports.
