We are looking for a agile and customer-focused CRM Executive or Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain customer records, handle inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM or Sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in customer retention and satisfaction activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
