? Hiring: Junior Advocate – Legal Opinion for Properties

We are looking for a Junior Advocate who is passionate about Property Law, Real Estate Registration, Title Verification, and Legal Opinion Work.

Chennai / Tamil Nadu

? Role & Responsibilities

Scrutiny and verification of title documents.

Preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSR).

Drafting legal opinions for banks and financial institutions.

Verification of parent documents, encumbrance certificates, patta, survey records, and revenue documents.

Assisting in property due diligence and mortgage-related matters.

Drafting and reviewing sale deeds, settlement deeds, gift deeds, MODT, release deeds, and other registration documents.

Coordinating with Sub-Registrar Offices and government departments when required.

Conducting legal research related to property and registration laws.

✅ Requirements

LL.B. degree and enrollment with the Bar Council.





Freshers with a strong interest in real estate law are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of property documentation and registration procedures.

Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in real estate legal practice.

? Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Tamil Nadu registration procedures.

Familiarity with revenue records and property due diligence.

Attention to detail and document analysis skills.
