Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, companies, and recruiters.
- Identify and generate placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates.
- Follow up with recruiters and candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Guide students on placement procedures and job opportunities.
- Maintain student and placement records accurately.
- Prepare daily and monthly placement reports.
- Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and walk-in interviews.
- Work closely with the training and academic teams to ensure student placement readiness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, HR,



or business development (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
